There a few weeks ago hotel fantastic location had one of the lower rooms 14 a patio would have been great as the view is fantastic staff very friendly will be returning next year.

Nice place to stay stayed here for 3 nights.
Rooms nice and clean
decent aircon
Breakfast had a decent assortment.
pool area good was easy to get a lounger in late May
there is a snack bar at the pool area.

Fuimos sin reserva por lo que no pudimps elegir habitacion.Nos toco una interna sin vistas, muy silencioss, espaciosa, cama super comoda...La ubicacion es increible y las vistas desde el Bar y la pileta, unicas!

I would’ve given this hotel a five star review however the air-conditioning in our room was very temperamental and would work sometimes I’m not Work by the times the hotel itself people say is old but it’s part of it tradition it’s character breakfast was busy but was easy to find a seat and it was a buffet style. Found it a little bit odd that you have to wait for the bacon to be cooked and there was a chef on hand as well as how you would like your eggs cooking but overall plenty of choice. The pool area was lovely very clean plenty of beds however they do ask you not to reserve beds but every morning there was a couple of people that was reserving beds but not too many the rooms themselves we had room 78 has a very, very small balcony that overlooked the pool and the walls are quite thin as the people in the next room to us would have their television on all night. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Only a short walk from the centre and the staff was so friendly and very very helpful.

Wonderful location in the beautiful pueblo of Mijas. Fantastic views of the mountains and the coast. TRH is now my go to place for my visits to Mijas but most of all all the staff are really nice and so helpful. I will be coming here again in September... Love it!

Just returned from a week at the TRH in Mijas, this Hotel is in a great location for visiting Mijas, bit of a climb up the bank to the road (there are steps if not wanting to go up road). Rooms in need of a bit of Renovation (lick of paint wouldn't go amiss to tidy a little)Staff Great helpful & Friendly, Breakfast only stay & was very good, Chefs Omelette s lovely, plenty of choice for all. Would definitely return, just like to say Thank You to Reception staff for all their Help on the 8th May, they will know what we mean, thanks again Sue & Chris.

During my visit to this hotel, I had some observations from my previous stay. It seems the management has addressed the cleanliness issue, as I found the hotel to be very clean. The breakfast was also good, and the hotel's location is excellent. Our room was on the third floor, and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Please note that tea or coffee is not available in the room as the hotel charges for this . Regarding parking, unfortunately, the hotel charges five euros per day. I think this price is a bit excessive. It would be preferable if the price were one euro per day for hotel guests, as it's unreasonable to pay five euros per day for a two-week stay. I hope the hotel management will consider this request. I highly recommend staying at this hotel due to its location and the excellent service provided by the staff.

Came here for a golf holiday but we wanted to be a bit more out of the way of the city and it was gorgeous! The location was perfect and the staff were always so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Another great 10 night stay. Requested superior room which we had on previous occasions and this was able to b granted. Beautiful clean spacious room with views over tennis court down to the coast. We didn't have any problems with sound between rooms. Great breakfast with the addition of an eggs and omelette station cooked to order added to the selection. Well done to all concerned from reception to ar to restaurant. Can't wait to return.

Stayed at TRH Mijas and WOW… where do I even begin with this absolute telenovela of a stay.

Night one: no sleep whatsoever thanks to our neighbours who apparently host a live 5:00am news channel from their room. Volume? Cinematic. Subtitles? Not needed. My nervous system? In pieces.

Morning rolls around, slightly feral, we (very politely, might I add) ask if we can move rooms. Enter Juan.
Now listen… the level of sass this man delivered? I’m talking finale episode energy from RuPaul’s Drag Race. I was genuinely checking for a wind machine and a dramatic reveal.

We’re told — with full chest — “all the rooms are the same.”
Are they though, Juan? Are they REALLY?

So we ask about upgraded rooms.
“There’d be a surcharge.”
…Yes??? And??? That’s how upgrades work???

Still no availability, apparently. Mysterious. Elusive. Mythical, even.

Anyway. Weather: tragic.
Things to do: less than tragic.
Morale: hanging on by a single thread and a sangria.

Then — the grand finale — we ask for a late checkout.
“No.”
Why?
“We’re full.”

FULL.

Reader… we are currently sat in the bar, drinks in hand, casually browsing, and there are rooms available left, right and centre online. At this point I nearly booked one out of pure chaos just to test the theory.

Honestly, it’s less a hotel stay and more an immersive experience in drama, denial, and dedication to the script.

Will we return?
Only if Juan gets a spin-off series. Otherwise… we’ll be taking our business (and our beauty sleep) elsewhere ????

Tengo que destacar este espectáculo de hotel en varios aspectos, las habitaciones concretamente la suite son extraordinarias, almohadas y colchones excelentes.
Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y muchas de ellas con una terraza que permite disfrutar del sol y la buena temperatura.
El baño muy completo y espacioso, en el caso de la suite, con jacuzzi y ducha.
Hacer una mención importante a los trabajadores del hotel, trabajadores insuperables, siempre con una sonrisa y extremadamente eficientes.
Tienen parking cubierto y bastante amplio y cómodo.
Restaurantes cerca, comercios , farmacias.. todo muy accesible.
Repetiremos seguro tanto para hacer uso de las instalaciones como para disfrutar de unos días de descanso.

4/2026 Just back from a week in the sun, and enjoyable stay at the TRH. Built on the hillside just off-centre of the charming little town. Hotel is spacious with many lounge areas with comfortable seating and calmness. Staff are ALL very happy and hard working especially in the restaurant where the catering is consistent with a good 4-star hotel, featuring various appetising and changing dishes. Pool and terrace areas are spacious and have plenty of loungers and chairs, with numerous choices between peaceful areas and those with a gentle hubbub. Bar prices are reasonable. At least four elevators in the main wing. Rooms have excellent sound insulation, and those facing the coast are supremely peaceful - just birdsong. Genuinely 10minute stroll mostly on the level, to reach the town centre and host of quirky restaurants, and panoramic viewpoints to the coast. The town had no litter, peeling paint, or brash chain 'restaurants' or the usual coffee 'names'.
Our experience was that this hotel is well run, well designed, calm and comfortable but the staff are the stars of the show. We wouldn't hesitate to return, if in the area.

飯店位置極好，步行10分鐘可以到景點。但若是大巴士過來，要事先聯絡飯店派行李車到停車場載行李，一件行李5歐元

大廳在主棟的5樓(房間是1-4樓，依山而建，有電梯)，咖啡廳可以看到眺望遠處海景。主棟正對面是7開頭的房間，沒有電梯！！1樓房間很容易被風將沙子吹進房間內

房間簡單，有煮水壺，沒有礦泉水

Ubicación y vistas muy buenas. Un poco anticuadas las instalaciones pero correctas y limpias. Enfocado al turismo extranjero en mi opinión. Buffet de desayuno muy bueno,y todo el personal muy Amable y atento. Como cosa negativa, la puerta de la terraza,que da a pie de calle no se podía cerrar,estaba rota, y tuvimos mala suerte con los 'vecinos de arriba' que parecían remodelar la habitación cada noche arrastrando muebles.En general contentos.

people say this place is dated - it's clean, authentic and charming, and the location is brilliant. Staff were helpful polite and charming. we didn't eat in the restaurant as there was so much choice in the village but the staff at breakfast were helpful and careful with gluten free - seperate toaster and offered to source food directly from the kitchen.

Hemos estado en familia un fin de semana, tengo que decir que nos hemos llevado una maravillosa experiencia, el trato del personal excelente, detallistas, atentos y la comida muy buena. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%

The location of this hotel is excellent for Mijas Publico 4 minute walk.. We upgraded to a suite as it had separate lounge from bedroom and larger balcony with sunloungers. We wanted lounge for the sofa bed as not twin beds in suite. Being 2 widows required separate sleeping. The veiws were lovely. I have only given 2 stars as the suite really requires some furnishings replacing very tired grubby looking.. Bathroom large but this needs grouting and floor sprucing up. Nets in room and around hotel could do with a wash. Breakfast varied choice.. But hot choices tepid not hot. Evening meals a bit unappetising hot choices again not hot. Had to re-heat in microwave. At least salads bread cheeses and fruit. Did complain to hotel reception of food always not being hot. Made no difference unfortunately. Could not use pool as cold not heated. I would of expected solar to heat pool these days. Spa closed due to works which was a shame. This hotel could be so much more if H10 spent some money on and live up to 4 star. We would go back again only because of excellent position to Mijas Publico and veiws. Mijas Publico is very nice. People in shops cafes etc are friendly and helpful. Don't agree with the donkeys or carriages. There is a lift to get to higher shops veiws etc. Reception staff at hotel were helpful and friendley. Gardens very well well kept. We did enjoy our 7 days in Mijas Publico itself.
