Living here in Spain, we recently had friends visiting us all the way from Estonia ????????, and we wanted to take them somewhere special for a cozy Tuesday evening together. Moocher’s Bar & Restaurant turned out to be the perfect choice! ????️✨

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was just right — lively yet relaxed, full of friendly people, laughter, and joy ????????. The highlight of the night was the live music by the fantastic band The Disclaimers, whose energy and talent filled the room and made it impossible not to tap along! We had a perfect view from our table, enjoying great tunes, tasty food, and the cheerful company of our friends. ????????????

A particularly lovely moment came when I wanted to take a selfie of our group ???? — one of the waitresses noticed right away, smiled warmly, and immediately offered to take the photo for us. Such a thoughtful and kind gesture! It made the moment even more special ????

We truly enjoyed everything: the atmosphere, the service, the music, and the friendly vibe that made us feel completely at home. ???????? Moocher’s is one of those places where you can just relax, laugh, and make memories that last.

Thank you, Moocher’s Bar & Restaurant, for an unforgettable and joyful evening — it was a pleasure to leave a little something as a token of our appreciation ????????

I popped into this pub for a quick drink and was blown away by the service. In Spain, you sometimes brace for a wait, but the staff here were on point—super friendly, attentive, but not hovering. It felt like they genuinely wanted us to have a good time.
The vibe got even better with a sibling duo singing their hearts out—her voice was straight-up West End quality, stealing the show! The place itself is a gem: check out the upstairs, which feels like a cozy Andalusian hideaway, and the outdoor seating is just perfect for chilling.
This spot’s a winner for a small group hangout or even a full venue buyout. It’s got character, great energy, and won’t break the bank. I’m definitely keeping it on my list for fun, laid-back events!

We went on Tuesday and saw the Disclaimers who were fabulous. Food was delicious, mixed croquettes to start and chicken skewers, beef skewers and fish and chips. We were so well looked after.

Was recommended from friends we called in and the food was fantastic. The staff were lovely.we had a great nights entertainment with music. I would highly recommend this place to visit. An Irish man from Manchester was behind a bar and what a gentleman he was.

Found this bar/ restaurant while looking for a place to eat, as we passed it was my wife who smelt the food which smelt amazing, we stopped in had a lovely meal, even our fussy eating kids enjoyed the meal, we returned a few nights later and again had a lovely meal and drinks, Would highly recommend.

My wife and I absolutely love Moochers. A great place to eat and enjoy live music at the same time. Highly recommended, a MUST if you are near Fish Alley. Big shout out to Abdul and Glen, thanks guys.

We called her twice for early evening meal and couldn't fault it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food varied and delicious and at a price you couldn't fault. Make sure you have cash as you will want to tip the staff and you can't put that on your card.

This was my third visit, and although the entertainment and atmosphere were great, as in previous visits, the food and service weren't as good.
In one of my previous visits, I had butterfly chicken with a mushroom sauce. The chicken was succulent, and it came with some lovely mixed vegetables and chips or rice. This time, the chicken was quite dry. There were no vegetables at all and just a small amount of chips. The portion size was definitely much smaller than our last visit 6 months ago. This is a €15 dish, and for what I got, it wasn't worth it, definitely not a true representation of the picture shown on their website. They also tried to charge us extra for the sauce that was included with the dish. This was rectified quickly, though.
The service had also changed, although still helpful and attentive, they were too eager to clear things. Taking plates while one of us was still eating. Taking the coaster when I had just lifted my wine glass up for a drink!
Had I not been before and really enjoyed the food as much as the entertainment, I may not have considered going back. I just hope this was a glitch and that if we go again for food, we get what we did earlier in the year.

Fuimos almorzar un domingo, la atención buena, estaba vacío pero pedimos una carne y la porción muy chica comparada con otros restaurantes en que el valor es similar y de hecho inferior, hicimos la observación inmediatamente, preguntando la cantidad de carne que sirven en el plato pero ni caso, pedimos pasta y pues estaba normal, supongo que su fuerte es lo de la música en vivo.

Unfortunately we cannot comment on the food, as we only came in for drinks. The bar was really fun, and the crowd was being brilliantly entertained by an interactive duo who were signing all the best hits to get people up on the dance floor. Very enjoyable evening. Great pint of Guinness too!

Edit: After reading the owners comment, we came back for food and I can confirm the food was decent. We had already had an early dinner so we just grabbed a snack. I had the beef skewers and my wife had the chicken nuggets. Food was good so I’ve changed my review. Probably be back tonight ????????

The best bar and entertainment we have been to..we both had steak and we would give it a 10..lovely staff and atmosphere and the band was brilliant.it felt very intimate.
