Hotel Vincci Selección Posada del Patio

Just had the most amazing week. Perfectly located in Malaga, access to lots of bars and restaurants, shops and museums. 20 minute uber ride from airport. Hotel is tastefully designed, comfortable and clean. Our room (130) was on the first floor accessible by lifts at either end of the floor. Well equipped bathroom with all the essentials including Clarins products.
Pool, albeit small was wonderful and we always got a spot to relax with bar service conveniently on hand, along with towels. However it is the staff that make this hotel so special. Warm, friendly and very helpful. Huge shout out to Miguel and Adi, who, on finding out I was unwell did everything they could possibly do to make me more comfortable. Will definitely return.

Spent 8 nights. Hotel is located in the centre. Staff are very friendly/genuine. Room was spotless. Between the front desk and concierge endless help. If staying here I definitely would suggest including breakfast. Good selection and hardest working stay. Great stay

Después del éxito en la organización de nuestro anterior evento de empresa, hemos vuelto a organizar otro en el hotel.
No hay palabras para describir la atención, la profesionalidad y la respuesta de todo el personal implicado.
Ha sido algo complicado de organizar, con mucha logística, equipos y servicios (transporte, traducción, comida, reuniones, etc) pero salió impecable.
Solo puedo decir gracias y mi respeto al personal del hotel.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in ever. Staff were incredible. We left a bag near the reception and they found it and kept hold of it . The car park was super. When they brought the car up there were two cold bottles of water and a bag of sweets. Just the little things you remember the most. Well done xx

I can not commend or praise the staff at this hotel enough. They have been kind, generous, supportive and have gone above and beyond for my daughter and I. We're here to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday and the staff have made it extra special for her. They serenaded her with happy birthday, cake and sparkling juice at breakfast on her birthday.

We got back later that day to a bottle of Cava and more cake with birthday wishes. She absolutely loved it all and feels like a celebrity. The hotel itself is gorgeous and its central location, makes it an easy walk to all the main sites and attractions. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Hemos realizado un evento de jubilación, un almuerzo de casi 70 personas donde todo ha sido perfecto, trato personalizado, comida buenísima, y servicio aún más bueno, muy atentos.

Un excellent séjour au Vincci Posada del Patio du 2 au 5 juillet

???? Accueil irréprochable
Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. On m'a même proposé un café, et l'équipe m'a indiqué qu'elle m'appellerait si ma chambre était prête avant l'heure du check-in. Une attention très appréciée.

✅ Chambre parfaitement insonorisée
J'avais quelques inquiétudes concernant la chambre 220, située juste à côté de l'ascenseur. L'hôtesse m'a rassuré, et elle avait entièrement raison : je n'ai absolument rien entendu pendant tout mon séjour.

✅ Réactivité du personnel
Je préférais un grand lit plutôt que deux lits simples. Quelques minutes après ma demande, un membre du personnel est venu installer un surmatelas pour transformer les deux lits en un lit double. Rapide, efficace et avec le sourire.

???? Service voiturier de qualité
Pour 30 € par jour, le service est à la hauteur. Les voituriers sont très professionnels et la voiture est toujours restituée rapidement, agréablement fraîche malgré les fortes chaleurs.

Salle de sport
J'avais besoin d'un créneau spécifique pour m'entraîner, et le personnel s'est arrangé pour me trouver une disponibilité. Encore une preuve de leur sens du service.

✔️ Douche spacieuse et très agréable.
✔️ Produits Clarins dans la salle de bain

???? Emplacement & patrimoine
L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir Malaga à pied. La décoration est élégante et les vestiges visibles dans les sous-sols sont absolument magnifiques. On a vraiment l'impression de visiter un petit musée.

???? Enfin, un immense merci à toute l'équipe, François, qui est français, a été de très bon conseil tout au long de mon séjour et tout particulièrement aux dames de la réception, toujours souriantes, attentionnées et professionnelles

This is the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in!! I would truly recommend! The rooms were so big, same with the bathroom. The breakfast and dinner was so tasty!! The bed, pillows and bedding was so nice, especially with AC on. Worth all the money!!

A truly 5 star hotel with 5 star staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooftop pool and bar was the perfect place to relax and staff ensured that facility was top class.

El 20 de junio celebramos nuestra boda, con la ceremonia incluida en la biblioteca, la cual adaptaron perfectamente y quedó preciosa, con el maestro de ceremonia, cóctel en el patio y banquete en el salón cítara con una comida de calidad increíble.
El trato de todo el personal del hotel fue espectacular, tenemos que destacar a Manuela q nos ayudo muchísimo en la organización incluso del más mínimo detalle, no solo una gran profesional si no más si cabe mejor persona.
Tanto los invitados y familia nos felicitaron por lo bonito que estaba todo y la profesionalidad de todo el personal, se sintieron muy a gusto.

Nous revenons d'un magnifique séjour, les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées , le buffet du petit déjeuner propose un large choix la cuisine est délicieuse pour avoir également goûté au plat du room service.
Le personnel est adorable ,très attentionné.

Lovely boutique hotel, rooms luxurious and immaculately clean. We had a large room with balcony , complete with coffee machine and mini bar . Large bathroom well stocked with Clarins toiletries . Staff all very friendly and helpful. Location ideal on edge of old town, everything within walking distance . Will definitely return

Una experiencia gastronómica espectacular en el restaurante Entremuros en pleno centro de Málaga. La comida es de una calidad excepcional, con platos innovadores y un producto buenísimo que se nota en cada bocado. El ambiente es precioso, pero lo que realmente eleva la velada es el servicio. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Juan Carlos, quien nos atendió con una profesionalidad, amabilidad y cercanía insuperables. Estuvo atento a cada detalle y sus recomendaciones fueron todo un acierto. Volveremos sin duda.

This is a 5* hotel and more, excellent experience. Staff from managers /reception to cleaning staff were pleasant and friendly and couldn’t do any more to make our stay memorable. Hotel was spotless and well taken care of. Food and drinks were tremendous and well presented.

Definitely as must choose hotel, if you're in Malaga!

I stayed there for 5 nights, on a business trip.

I was impressed by their personal touch, friendly staff, and how everyone would try their best to meet guest's needs.

I would like to share my comments and praise their service in the following categories:

Reception and room booking staff:
Before arrival, I was emailing the hotel, for enquiries, and Gloria, who was in charge of room reservations was excellent. She answered questions promptly, and meet my requests without a problem.
On arrival, everyone was friendly. Espe, who was at the reception, was always smiling and willing to help. She even gave me good suggestions, e.g. going to Torrelominos, which i enjoyed.
Nahuel, who was the gentlemen taking care of guest relations, was also great. He would address me by my name, and came to check that everything was fine, whenever he saw me in the hotel.

Restaurant:
I have nearly all my meals in the hotel restaurant, and I could just say, the food offered there is just out of this world! Also the service. Let me elaborate below.

Paco (the nickname)- was the first staff i met there when i had my lunch on arrival. He was knowledgeable, explained to me about the different wines, even told me about the olive oils etc. A very friendly guy.

Manuel, was the other staff in the restaurant, who helped me out when I dined on most of the other nights. With his assistance, I think i got to try the best food and wine the restaurant had to offer. I even had the iberico slow cooked pork dish two times during my stay! Without him, i think i would have had such an unforgettable experience in the hotel restaurant during my stay!

Other helpful staff in the restaurant were Marina (the lady), and the waiter Jose.

The hotel also had a nice small gym, which I enjoyed for a few times during my stay. It was clean, well equipped given it's size, and you could reserve a one hour slot for use, in which you're the only guest using it (sometimes it's shared if someone else wants to use it, but that was fine for me)

The breakfast was also superb. You could order food made to order, such as eggs (in any way you wanted), sandwiches, waffles, pancakes, crepes etc. There was also an extensive choice of fruits, which i enjoyed every morning, chorios, and nice coffee from the coffee capsule machine. The lady at the breakfast restaurant reception (the lady in black suit, sorry i forgot her name) was very nice also. She would check on me if there was anything i needed.

I also enjoyed the pool in the evenings, where i met a family on a few evenings, and made friends with them.

There are so many good things about the hotel, it was just cozy, and had everything you needed. I definitely highly recommend it to anyone wanting to book a hotel stay in Malaga!

There was a small hiccup in my room (some issue with the bathtub) during my stay, but it wasn't a problem, as the staff were experienced enough to deal with it and arrange another room for my stay.

Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. Más allá de las instalaciones y la ubicación, lo que realmente marca la diferencia en el hotel es su equipo humano.

Todo el personal nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento, siempre con una sonrisa, un trato cercano y una profesionalidad impecable. Se nota el cuidado por los detalles y el interés por hacer que la estancia sea especial.

Sin duda, un hotel al que volvería y que recomendaría por la calidad de las personas que lo hacen posible. ¡Gracias a todo el equipo por vuestra dedicación!

Cet hôtel est une vraie pépite ! Le cadre et la déco sont superbes. Le personnel est toujours souriant, toujours prêt à vous aider et vous renseigner. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, les chambres sont très confortables, spacieuses et très bien équipées.
La piscine sur le rooftop est un vrai plus, il faudrait juste prévoir un revêtement moins brûlant pour la terrasse, c'est dommage.

Este pasado sabado hemos celebrado nuestras bodas de plata en el Hotel Vincci Posada del Patio. Desde el primer momento supimos que era el lugar ideal por su ubicacion, sus instalaciones, las facilidades y la amabilidad de todo su equipo. La calidad del coctel servido en el patio, asi como la comida en el salon invernadero y la continuacion con musica y copas en la bodeguita , hicieron que ese dia se convirtiera en inolvidable.
Mencion especial para Manuela Vera, su trato ha sido excepcional, gracias a su exquisitez y las facilidades recibidas de ella en todo momento, lo cual nos dio la tranquilidad de saber, desde que la conocimos , que estabamos en las mejores manos.
En definitiva, un lugar que recomendanos encarecidamente para que otros clientes se animen a celebrar alli sus eventos. Gracias!!!!

Hemos celebrado nuestras bodas de plata en el hotel Vincci Posada del Patio y desde el primer momento hemos tenido la tranquilidad de que todo iba a salir muy bien. Manuela Vera es un encanto y muy resolutiva ante todo, no hemos tenido ningún problema con nada. El servicio, la comida, las instalaciones todo 10. Todos los invitados han quedado muy contentos y así nos lo han transmitido.
Da gusto comprobar que hay grandes profesionales en la hostelería y además un trato cercano y amable en todo momento.
Muchísimas gracias por todo!! Y no dudaremos en volver a acudir todas las veces que vayamos a celebrar. Un abrazo Manuela y a todo el equipo.

We had a fantastic dinner experience at Entre Muros, the hotel’s restaurant completely redone a few years ago. Outstanding local dishes meat, fish and vegetables. Great service and recommendations from Alberto who is also tri-lingual. Very high quality at a very reasonable cost, strongly recommend and we will come back.

Mi estancia era fenomal...me encanta el hotel y las personas q trabajan allí. Son todos muy amables y siempre estaban a disposición en culaquier momento. No puedo decir nada sobre la comida y la oferta del desayuno porque no lo hemos tomado.
La piscina no es tan grande pero vale la pena..todo es muy acogedor y me gustan los detalles,el housekeeping tb muy atento y el detalle con el chocolate con la cita mola;)
Nuestra habitación fue muy tranquila..el hotel tb está en buena zona se necesita sólo unos 5 minutos hasta Calle Larios
Resumiéndolo todo estoy súper contenta q haya elegido el hotel posada del patio ☀️hasta la próxima ????
Después de 3 años volvemos a estar aquí y seguimos siendo super contentas..sobre todo quiero darle las gracias a Andrea en el bar/la piscina de azotea..super simpática, positiva y muy atenta ????nos vemos????
