Este sábado visitamos esta joya de restaurante enclavado en un edificio con encanto en pleno casco antiguo de Palma. La atención del servicio genial, nos sugirieron algunos platos de la carta y todos estaban deliciosos. Resaltar las croquetas de jamón y la pluma ibérica con salsa Paris, de vicio. Fue un acierto, lo recomiendo para ocasiones especiales o simplemente para pasar una velada perfecta con un menú gastronómico enclavado un entorno ideal

Ubicado dentro del precioso hotel boutique de cuatro estrellas Posada Terra Santa, La Despensa del Barón ofrece una experiencia gastronómica elegante y de muchísima calidad en pleno centro histórico de Palma.

El restaurante es realmente bonito, con un ambiente muy cuidado, tranquilo y sofisticado. Desde que entras, se nota el nivel del sitio: decoración elegante, atención al detalle y un servicio impecable. El personal estuvo muy atento en todo momento, con un trato profesional y cercano, cuidando tanto la presentación de los platos como el servicio de mesa y los cubiertos, todo de gran calidad.

La comida estuvo espectacular. Empezamos con unas croquetas muy bien hechas, sabrosas y además con buena cantidad. Como plato principal, el solomillo de ternera fue de lo mejor de la cena: carne muy jugosa, tierna y cocinada perfectamente. Se nota que trabajan con producto de calidad y una cocina muy cuidada.

Los postres fueron el cierre perfecto. Probamos el brownie, el tiramisú y la tarta de queso, y los tres estaban increíbles. Muy buena presentación, sabor excelente y una calidad que se mantiene hasta el final de la experiencia.

Es cierto que no es un restaurante barato, pero sinceramente merece la pena por la calidad de la comida, la atención y el entorno tan elegante. Un sitio muy recomendable para una ocasión especial o para disfrutar de una cena de nivel en Palma.

Such a cozy and romantic little spot. The menu is short, but every dish feels carefully crafted and full of flavor. You can really tell everything is made with love. The staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. A perfect dinner spot.

Nice food taste wise, quite simple dishes and, for me, presentation could be elevated. Lovely setting with attentive staff. There was only 1 other couple there as it was off season but I can imagine a great ambience when busier.

An amazing dining experience! We ordered the beef tenderloin and the pluma ibérico, and both were super, super good—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and honestly unforgettable.

Before the main course, we had the ibérico croquettes as appetizers, and wow… as soon as you take the first bite, you’re hooked. Crispy on the outside, creamy and delicious on the inside—absolutely amazing.

The restaurant itself is very cozy and beautiful, with a warm and intimate atmosphere that makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I would recommend and happily return to

We had dinner here on Christmas Day as a family of four.
Atmosphere is nice and elegant, the food is the real start of the night.
Tasty, well presented and nicely curated.
Service was okay, I believe one waiter was quite young and inexperienced which is fine but noticeable.
Price is in line if not better than other restaurants in Palma.
Highly recommended.
We had the sashimi and the sea bass both prepared superbly

The restaurant is part of the hotel and is very well renovated, really a beautiful place. Everything was perfect. I had the tenderloin and can't remember the last time I ate such an excellent meat. The waiters were very professional and kind. On my 'to go back' list !

This restaurant is a secret recommendation.
The service is top notch. Very professional and helpful. Even with my complicated allergies i could enjoy both my dishes without any issues. Only negative point were the not so comfortable chairs.

This was the our favourite meal during our week in Mallorca. Came for birthday and it was fantastic. The only shame was that no one else was in the restaurant except us - this place deserves to be full! Service and food sublime and a lovely ambience in the restaurant

Una recomendable experiencia. Primero quiero destacar el servicio. Podrían estar encargados de dar una cátedra sobre cómo ser atentos sin ser molestos. Chapeau.
La comida, todo muy sabroso, platos muy buenos y muy bien logrados. El postre de piña es sumamente recomendable.

Perfekte Überraschung mit Essen eines großen Chefs! Phillip Künkel und sein kleines Team hat uns ein wahre Überraschung auf die Teller gezaubert!!! In der offenen Küche fällt mir zu aller erst der große Topf mit der Basis der perfekten Jus auf.. was folgt ist ein Genuss.. alle 3 Gänge sind gelungen und wir sind froh an diesem Tag keinen Tisch bei Santi Tauri oder Marc Fosh bekommen zu haben!!! Auf jedem Fall eine 100%ige Empfehlung.. gracis

Nachdem wir Platz genommen hatten, haben wir festgestellt, dass das Restaurant zu einem kleinen Hotel gehört. Tische im Restaurant und Rezeption sind örtlich in einem Raum und nah beisammen. Da es draussen etwas kühl war und die Schiebetür ständig auf- und zuging war das schon etwas nervig und zugig. War ein wenig eine Atmosphäre wie auf dem Bahnhof - nicht so schön.

Essen
geschmacklich gut und schön angerichtet. Schafskäse mit Erdbeeren und Lamm mit Blaubeeren ist kreativ, war aber nicht meine Sache. Mein Problem, war dennoch gut.

Service
etwas unorganisiert. Nach der Vorspeise und dem nicht nachgedeckten Hauptgangbesteck wurden wir nach dem Dessert gefragt..., mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei leeren Gläsern wäre auch toll gewesen.

Ambiente
Alles sehr hochwertig, große Tische, tolle Farbwelt

Alles in allem ok, mehr leider nicht, schade.
