Los Seises Sevilla, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

If you are driving, beware. Call the hotel ahead of time and ask for directions to the parking, then take your luggage and walk. Don’t try to drive through the Casco Antiguo. The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and warm, the breakfast was very nice - be brave and eat the Spanish breakfast. You might find yourself more satisfied throughout the day!

Location of hotel was great! Walking distance from all central areas. Rooftop pool was small but very nice with a great view of the cathedral. Someone was knocking on our door at 4 AM which woke us up, so felt slightly unsafe. But aside from that overall, it was a good experience. At one instance, we asked for towels and it seems like they forgot and didn’t bring it for us. Overall stay was decently good.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are amazing exceptional at the front desk and restaurant. Breakfast is great! Location is close to everything you want to see in Seville and easy to walk to.

I currently work at a Condé Nast top 5 Hotel in the US, and I can highly recommend this property if in Seville. Perfect location, steps away from everything and tucked away at the same time. The hotel is warm yet modern. The rooms are spacious with
modern features and beautiful bathrooms. Cherry on top is the rooftop pool and bar, by far the best in Seville. Overlooking the Cathedral and decorated with a Mediterranean sophisticated look. What makes the property for me is the front desk team as a whole. Very engaging and knowledgeable. Of the 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip this was by far the most personable and professional team I came in contact with. The front desk manager/concierge Abde. He's world class and was a pleasure to see him everyday. Thank you again Abde.

I want to give a huge shout out to this amazing hotel and particularly the service we received. We didn’t stay here (sadly) but we booked the €55 breakfast buffet with day pass to the rooftop pool. The breakfast was in a beautiful space with a great selection of food and the pool had a stunning view of Giralda tower - great value and highly recommended if you are visiting Seville in hot weather! But what made this hotel extra special was the service. Not only were they extremely friendly and accommodating during our visit but they saved the day for me when I arrived at the airport and realised I’d left a bag containing my passport at the pool! Alvaro at the front desk quickly collected it, ran to the nearby taxi rank and coordinated with a taxi driver to courier it to me at the airport in time for my flight. Despite it being a stressful situation, I wasn’t once actually concerned for my passport knowing it was in safe hands. Alvaro and the staff at Los Seises are amazing!

Discútanos de un day pass en el hotel . Todo maravilloso empezando por el desayuno todo muy rico y de alta calidad . Luego disfrutamos de la piscina y las maravillosas vistas que uno alcanza desde ahí . Fue un día estupendo! Nos gustaría agradecer la atención y profesionalidad del chico que nos atendió el la recepción. Abde fue muy amable y correcto estado pendiente de nuestra comodidad en todo momento. Volvemos seguro

The pool, staff and location were all great. The rooms felt careless as it was incredibly stuffy and hot, breakfast was disappointing, it was impossible to get the right temperature in the shower and the toilet was is a very awkward spot. Clean.

J’ai donné 4 étoiles parce que l’hôtel s’est déjà attribué 4 étoiles.

L’emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter la ville sans prendre les transports.

La décoration est belle et chaleureuse.

Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié.

Pour le reste :

Réception : accueil assez chaotique.

Il y avait environ cinq réceptionnistes (je pense qu’elles étaient apprenties), ce qui peut expliquer la confusion. Mais malgré cela, je pense qu’il devrait y avoir un responsable pour les encadrer.

Communication concernant les types de chambres : un type de chambre est vendu sur le site, mais vous en recevez un autre pour le même prix.
Il manque de clarté dans la description des chambres.

Propreté : la propreté est ZÉRO.
Il n’est pas nécessaire que ce soit luxueux pour être propre.
La propreté n’est pas un luxe, c’est une question d’hygiène, une nécessité de base.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city, walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was surprisingly spacious and welcoming, with a bright bathroom vanity separate from the bathroom/shower, which was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, the downstairs bar was beautiful, and the rooftop bar offered a great view. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Seville!

Muy lindo hotel. Buen servicio. Fuimos por la maratón de Sevilla entonces estábamos bien localizados. Buen restaurante para la cena. La ubicación es súper central! Perfecta para caminar. Lo malo no tiene estacionamiento ni spa. Y es muy ruidoso a la noche cuando tienen el bar abierto. Decoración muy linda! Tiene algunos detalles de la manutención. Buen producto y servicio

Los Seises was the perfect central location for shopping, sightseeing, and dining. We walked to many locations and also took Ubers to other places. Every staff member we encountered was considerate and helpful. I would like to recognize one of the front desk clerk who went above and beyond his duties and that person is Abde. My sister and I had previously booked transport from the hotel to the Seville Airport for 7am on Feb.11. About a half hour prior to pickup, the driver messaged me via WhatsApp stating we would have to walk about 5 minutes away to meet him because his vehicle couldn't fit down the narrow streets. Abde recommended I share with the driver for him to come down another street closer to the hotel. I messaged the driver this new information and he never responded back. In order that we wouldn't miss our ride, Abde walked us and our 2 large suitcases to the pickup location. Once we arrived Abde was sure to let the driver know that it was not appropriate for him to not answer our communications( as I also tried multiple times to call our driver and he didn't answer).
Abde for the win!! He was patient, professional, and exemplified what it means to truly care about others.

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend and the best part is its location. I didn't like hearing the bells all the time, even at night, which could be solved with better insulation. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The bar at the top offers good views and serves a good cocktail list. I thought breakfast could have more variety and quantity.

Do not choose this hotel if you have a car. The streets leading to the hotel are extremely narrow, stressful to navigate, and if you’re in a rental vehicle (we had a Volvo), it may not even physically fit down the road without feeling unnerving.

That said, the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming, and the location is absolutely unmatched. Los Seises is in Seville’s historic Old Town (near the Cathedral/Santa Cruz area), and the walkability is a 10+. We could walk to the Cathedral in about two minutes, the Real Alcázar is just nearby, and Plaza de España is roughly a 15-minute walk. If your priority is being able to explore Seville entirely on foot, there is no better location.

We paid for upgraded terrace rooms for myself and my two sons (who stayed next door). Even with the upgrade, the rooms were small and dark, with no real view. The TV options were also very limited (around 10 Spanish channels) with no Netflix or ability to connect your own streaming apps.

The bathroom/shower setup felt outdated and inconvenient. The shower was a tiny tub/shower combination with very low water pressure, and there was nowhere to place toiletries. Our air conditioning did not work despite reporting it to the front desk, and the room stayed uncomfortably warm even set to 18°C in the middle of winter. Interestingly, my sons’ room next door seemed to have working AC.

A major issue on our final morning was construction noise beginning at 7:00 AM—hammering, drilling, and what sounded like jackhammering for about three hours. We were all abruptly awakened after late nights and long days of walking. When we complained, we were told it was coming from another building, but it sounded very close and there was no real resolution.

Overall: the staff is excellent and the location is unbeatable, but the room quality, outdated bathroom, lack of streaming options, AC issue, and early-morning construction noise do not match the cost of the upgrades. And again—do not stay here if you plan to have a car.

Fuimos a una comida de empresa, fue por canapés, mucha cantidad de comida, preciosa presentación, gran profesionalidad y amabilidad por parte de los camareros.
Soy celiaca y daban opción sin gluten a todo lo que iban sacando, y todo esto sin destacar lo bonito que era el lugar, la ubicación donde se encuentra y las vistas de su terraza.
