Gau were amazing for our wedding day at Casa Felix in Barcelona. Noemi was so accomodating on the run up to the day, and everything was just perfect. On the day itself, nothing was too much trouble, and our guests still talk to us now about how amazing the food was and how beautiful the wine was. Thank you so much Gau, for helping to make our wedding day just perfect.

I'm SO pleased we chose GAU to be our wedding caterer. Noemi in particular was simply amazing. I contacted her A LOT on the lead up to the wedding, we are based in the UK so managing catering for another country was difficult for us, but she made it so easy and took a lot of the stress away! I cannot thank her enough.All our guests loved the food, and are still commenting on it now almost 6 months later.The day itself did not go to plan due to very bad weather - but the staff went above and beyond our expectations making sure that everything went seamless and none of the bar or catering was impacted. We are so grateful for that.If you cannot decide who to pick to cater your wedding. Pick GAU you will not be disappointed! :)

Gau catered at our wedding on 7 September 2023 at Almiral de la Font for 90 guests. We cannot recommend them enough! All of the food served was amazing and the service was outstanding! I would use GAU Catering every time I had an event if I could, they were faultless. Their food and cocktails were INCREDIBLE, fresh and authentic. Their team were incredible kind and helpful and they made our wedding day SO seamless. Noemi is a treasure, she was on top of everything on the day and made the day fun. Highly recommend GAU Catering, you won't find better caterers for your wedding or next event.

We used Gau Catering for our wedding at Almiral de la Font in April 2023, everything from the food choices, menu tasting to the actually day was incredible. We were absolutely blown away by them, they made our wedding just even more perfect. The food choices & quality are delicious, staff are so attentive, not a single person had to ask for drinks to be topped up, staff would not allow an empty glass! The food quality & quantity was amazing & our guests still speak about it now how brilliant it was. Even to leaving us the leftovers to have for the next day! What a wonderful experience having GAU as our caterer! We were recommended using GAU from someone I spoke to, and I’m very glad we listened. Noemi was a dream to work with, and very easy to communicate with. So did the staff on our big day. They went out of their way to make our big day even more special. Needless to say the food was amazing, and all the guest were talking about it through out our wedding.Highly recommend GAU. Excellent quality of food, and equally great service. All in all 10/10

We hired GAU to provide catering services at our weddings at Casa Felix, in Olivella. Given the conversations that happened before the wedding and the tasting session we had no doubt already that they would’ve done a great job. However, they really exceeded our expectations! On top of the incredible quality of the food, it was impressive to see how organised they were and how everything was presented with elegance in every detail. The staff from the manager, the cook all the way to the young people setting up the tables were extremely friendly and addressing us and our guests with a very welcoming attitude. GAU catering is the best food catering company in Barcelona. We met Laura through my wedding planner Mireia from Coco&Carl, and she was nothing but amazing. Not only do Laura and her team use high quality produce, but also they inspired innovative dishes that were timeless, chic and so very delicious. Their food and presentation is truly a work of art. I also appreciate that all their packaging and catering is sustainable and eco. We were looking for every aspect of our wedding to be us and thoughtful and GAU delivered this level of perfection and professionalism.Food was very important to us, and we wanted something that fit our lifestyle, that was very us as a couple and that our guests would enjoy. Laura and the team are very thoughtful and open to different creative requests as well as flexible with dietary restrictions from gluten to vegan to dairy free. It was fantastic that we had a nice mix of dishes so all our guests could enjoy from foie gras to meat dishes to a leg of jamon ibérico pata negra to vegan guacamole to gluten free bread to seafood like scallops.Outside of the incredible food and catering experience (the service was beyond incredible!), again we cannot thank you enough, I enjoy having a connection with everyone I work with. When I met Laura, I felt an instant connection. She is a global citizen of the world having cultural influences that inspire her catering cuisine and her vivance. It was an absolute pleasure meeting and working with her!Side note: She also helped me so much on my wedding day from my dress dragging to just making sure I was eating enough. She really cares about her clients and worked so well with everyone from our wedding planners, the venue and church. Our church also recommended her to us! She is truly the kindest person. I nicknamed her on our wedding day my fairy godmother. She is polite, very professional, warm and a positive ray of light. Muito obrigada Laura você e um anjo.We are already planning future events and will DEFINITELY be reaching out to work with her again. GAU were amazing - the service was impeccable and the food was delicious. All of our guests commented on how great the food was at our wedding. Gorgeous flavours and everything perfectly cooked. Sin duda, un éxito! Un equipo muy profesional encabezado por Laura y Dirk. Desde el primer momento una adaptación total a nuestras necesidades. Teníamos planeado una distribución de los espacios pero por causas meteorológicas tuvimos que cambiarlo en el último momento y supieron reaccionar haciendo de nuestro día algo mucho mejor de lo esperado. Un triunfo con los aperitivos, corners y cena con una materia prima de primera calidad y una satisfacción total de nuestros invitados. Sin duda, volveríamos a elegirlos para el día de nuestra boda. estamos esperando el próximo evento con ganas para poder contar con ellos.

Si algo nos han repetido mil y una veces es que el catering de nuestra boda fue excelente. Todos nuestros invitados nos mencionaron lo completo que era el menú en cuanto a variedad, cantidad y calidad ???? Conseguimos sorprenderlos con algo que era tan importante para nosotros!

Working with GAU was an absolute pleasure. The ladies in charge (in our case Noemí and Laura) were always super responsive and helpful. We were able to express our wishes and imaginations of how our perfect wedding cocktail, dinner, dessert buffet & midnight snack should look like and they adjusted their offering accordingly, supporting us along the way with various precious inputs and their expertise. During this one year of planning and preparation Noemí was always extremely nice, supportive, responsive and understanding. Whenever we asked for something additional or any changes, she tried her best to make them possible. Even when we had to deliver some physical material for them to distribute on the dinner tables, she met us at GAU in her free time (to be exact: during her holidays). We appreciated her flexibility very much and felt super comfortable and well taken care of during this year and also on our wedding day. Most importantly: the food is amazing. As mentioned before, they adjusted the menu exactly to our needs and invited us to a "rehearsal / degustation lunch". We were so amazed by the quality of the food and the lovely presentation. After our wedding, the guests kept telling us how much they loved the food and the whole concept we offered during the day. GAU stands for high quality and great service and we would always work with them again! We want to thank Noemí again for her outstanding dedication and work. You made our day so special! Thank you! GAU Catering & Noemi were so amazing to work with. We were hosting a Tapas and Salsa dancing welcome dinner the night before our wedding at our hotel and it couldn't have been more perfect. The service was great, the food was incredible and the overall experience was amazing. If we're ever hosting another event in Barcelona we're absolutely calling Noemi and her team!
